Tonight, the UFC is back with another coronavirus plagued card which features former title challenger, Anthony Smith and 11-fight UFC veteran Devin Clark in the main event.
The headliners were supposed to be Derrick Lewis and Curtis Blaydes however, Blaydes was forced to withdraw due to a positive Covid test just a few days ago.
A few fun fights on this card are Bill Algeo v.s. Spike Carlyle, Josh Parisian vs Parker Porter and Miguel Baeza vs Takashi Sato. Some other entertaining fighters on the card are Kai Kamaka, Jonathan Pearce and Su Mudaerji.
These fights are extremely close, as no favorite is currently over -350 and there are only two favorites over the -225 number. Thats pretty unheard of and hints at some upsets.

1. Josh Parisian by Finish -160
Although Parisian is making his UFC debut tonight, he has a considerable amount of regional experience. As many MMA fans know, sometimes records on the regional scene could be fluffed a bit and Parisian's kind of is. He takes on his biggest test yet in the arguably struggling, Parker Porter. This is the reason why I'm playing him by finish instead of money line at -220. Obviously I'm confident enough in him winning to play it in a parlay, but I try to stay away from laying the juice on UFC debutants the night they debut. Parisian by KO is at -140 so even better value there, but I'm deciding to play it a bit safer.
2. Anthony Smith -135
Smith has fought just about every top Lightheavyweight contender there was in the last three years and this fight is a significant step down in competition in my opinion. The reason the line is this low is because Devin Clark has a gritty wrestling style that can beat Smith however, Smith has the experience and heart to do anything in this game. My only worry with Smith is the wear and tear on his body. Clark winning his last two and Smith losing his last two is another reason this line is what it is. I think Smith's experience is the difference in this fight as long as he stays off his back and dictates the pace.
