We made! The long wait is over, the NBA is finally here. Man I can't even begin to tell you how much I missed listening to political commentators, hearing 900 whistles, and watching players miss free throws to cover spreads.

The ultimate degenerate game is back. A game where a 21 point lead at half only makes you nervous and not excited. Tonight we have two great games, the Brooklyn Nets travel to Milwaukee to take on the defending NBA champs the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Warriors head to LA to play Lebron and the Lakers.

Nets @ Bucks:

I don't know about you guys, but when I hear "Brooklyn Nets" I instantly think about Kyrie Irving. In my opinion Kyrie is a top 10 player in the league, but people act like the Nets don't have 2 of the top 5 players in the league without him. KD and Harden are fucking disgusting. I believe that duo is more effective than 90% of the "big 3's" in the NBA. I'm a gigantic Giannis fan, always have been, always will be. I've watched him get better and better, year in and year out, and now it looks like he found his jumper, so watch out. Giannis and the Bucks are NBA champs, and no one can ever take that away from them, but don't act like the Nets wouldn't have manhandled them in the playoffs if they had a healthy KD and Harden. Tonight's a revenge game for the Nets, buy into the media slander on Kyrie all you want, the Nets win this game.

Warriors @ Lakers:

This game is as bandwagon as they come. Half the people cheering for the Lakers tonight were Warrior fans two years ago. This Warrior team is tough, and if they can survive the season without injuries they're a top 10 team in the league. However, the team they're facing tonight is anybody's worst nightmare from 2010. Yes, the Lakers are old, but being old isn't a bad thing, it comes with a lot of benefits. No the Lakers aren't cashing AARP checks yet, but come playoff time this team will have more experience and wisdom than any other team combined. I believe the LA Elderly will be dominant in the playoffs, but not on opening day. I like the Warriors to win tonight, but the LA Elderly will dominant in the playoffs.
