Coming in to the season the Brooklyn Nets were penciled in for a lot of people as favorites to come out of the East. They haven’t quite lived up to expectations as of late, going 3-4 to begin the season. The 4-2 Utah Jazz look to come into Brooklyn and keep their 3-0 road winning streak alive against a Durant-less Nets team. The biggest story going in to the game is that Kevin Durant will be forced to complete a 7 day quarantine because of “exposure to someone who tested positive”. Which is ridiculous because Durant already had Covid during the offseason, has tested negative 3 times in the past couple days and has tested positive for the antibodies. Without their star forward the Nets are +4.5 against a good and healthy Jazz team. Utah’s defensive anchor who recently got a BAG this offseason is showing why he is worth all that money, averaging 13.7 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game both good for second in the league in their respective categories. I would love to take the Nets here at plus money but that line sketches me out a little with no Durant so I will do the responsible thing and not bet at all. SIKE TAKE THE UNDER!!! 226.5 it’s hammer time! Also take Kyrie points over at 29 if you like winning.
