Bobby Bet's NFL Locks of the Week

We got off to a decent start yesterday with the teaser cashing in! But the Bengals odd game plan in the first half coupled with a late Mixon injury kept us from cashing the Mixon player props. I ended up being able to secure a small profit but were onwards and forwards to the Sunday NFL slate.

Just a heads up…I did bet some of these numbers earlier in the week, so there might be some different numbers floating around now. Going forward I will be sure to post the plays when I place them, but for this week I am just going to roll with what I already have. I do actually bet all these picks! (And several others because I am a degenerate who can’t control himself on Sundays). So, let’s make some cash! Hoping the first SmokeSports card is a profitable one.

NFL Week 4 Card:

Browns ML -115

I love the Browns to simply win this football game. In my opinion, the Cleveland Browns have the second most talented roster in all of football behind the Bucs. I hold division, conference, and SB tickets on the Brownies this year. So of course, I think they are going to roll into Minnesota and take care of Kirk Cousins and the guys. Looks like the line has moved a bit in my direction and you always love to see that.

Cowboys -4 -110

I have been very impressed with the Panthers this year and have been able to cash out on them the first three weeks. But this is the week I am going to have to go against them. No CMC and their stud rookie corner, Jaycee Horn is out as well. And at some point, you gotta think Darnold regresses back to his Jet ways a bit. Dak and the offense has looked good, so I like the boys to cover 4 in Jerry World.

Cardinals/Rams Over 53.5 -110

This was the first play I made this week and something I like to do right when the lines come out. Look at the games, see which game is most exciting/most likely for the total to tick up throughout the week. Cardinals v Rams should be an offensive show and I can’t wait to watch it.

Ravens ML +105

This is another play I made early in the week and as the week has gone on, I am starting to like it less and less. I snagged the Ravens as a short dog on the road in Denver when the lines came out Monday. I did it thinking this line would definitely flip and the Ravens would at least be a couple point favorites. However, that isn’t the case and the line is pretty much the same. So that makes me a touch nervous and Lamar being banged up doesn’t help. But the Ravens are the more talented and better coached team. The Tucker 66-yard bomb shot last week saved my ass, so I am hoping the Ravens can come through for me again.

Buccaneers -5.5

The square play of the week. Everyone and their mother are going to be on this, but how can you not. TB12 returning home to Foxborough to take on Billy B and the Pats. I really can’t see Tom not having a huge game. I’m sure ill be sprinkling all sorts of props on him as well. He seems like the kind of petty guy that would want to prove a point. So, I am rolling with all the squares in the world. Tom > Bill.

6-point teaser: Packers – 1, Chiefs -1.5

Last but not least, you know I had to throw a teaser. This one stood out to me as being pretty straight forward. To optimize a teaser, you want to get through key football numbers. With this one, we are getting through both the 7 and the 3 with both teams, so making this play at least makes sense. I think the Chiefs are going to walk into Philly and absolutely smack around the Eagles. They are coming off back to back losses and really need to make a statement. Then I got the Packers to stay hot and take care of the Steelers. Let’s be honest, Big Ben can’t really move anymore and a ton of key players for the Steelers are listed on the injury report. Rodgers has looked pretty sharp and I like the Packers to get it done.

That’s the card for this week folks! Fingers crossed, lets cash some tickets!!!
